Quality
How HELIX research strips are formulated, cast, portioned, sealed and independently batch-tested, with a certificate of analysis for every lot.
Quality is a process, not a claim. Below is exactly what happens between raw material and the strip in your order.
Raw material qualification
Every incoming peptide is accompanied by supplier documentation and is re-verified on receipt. Material that does not meet identity and purity thresholds is rejected before it enters production.
Manufacturing controls
Films are cast in a cGMP-compliant, environmentally controlled facility in the United States. Casting parameters, drying profile, and film thickness are recorded for every run, which is what makes dose uniformity reproducible rather than incidental.
Third-party testing
Each production batch is submitted to an independent ISO-accredited laboratory. Testing covers:
- Identity — confirmation the compound is what the label says
- Purity — quantified by HPLC
- Content uniformity — dose consistency across strips within a batch
- Microbial limits — where applicable to the format
Documentation
Certificates of analysis are linked from the product page they correspond to. If a certificate you need is not published, email support@helixstrips.com with the product and batch and we will send it.
Packaging and stability
Strips are sealed in foil pouches with a moisture barrier. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Refrigeration is not required for the products we currently ship.
